This hands-on role requires daily performance monitoring and optimisation to ensure that aggressive business goals are met. As such, you will be highly analytical and provide support to your team and key stakeholders within the business such as Trading, Buyers, Commercial and Finance.

Successful candidates will possess the ability to combine creativity and business acumen in order to elevate the LOOKFANTASTIC brand equity across all relevant channels. The role requires an understanding of the Beauty industry, NEE shoppers and performance marketing to develop the perfect customer experience.

What You Will Do

    Build comprehensive marketing plans that will drive performance
    Execute and report on key tactics to key stakeholders

    Work directly with our creative solution THG Studio on specific executions
    Work closely with our Commercial Marketing team to ensure performance best practice across Commercial Marketing activations
    Create and use best practices and tools for internal use to educate on marketing projects throughout the business
    Coordinate internal teams to execute marketing plans, from content to campaign and paid media to influencer.

Who You Are

    You will have 5+ years’ experience in retail marketing
    A candidate who has managed marketing for a high-volume retailer before would be preferred
    You have exceptional creative, problem solving and strategic thinking ability
    You have both digital and traditional marketing experience. Experience of digital measurement of offline media highly preferred.

    You have extensive Google Analytics experience with working knowledge of attribution
    You are passionate about the beauty industry
    Must be team oriented, highly resourceful and a fantastic communicator - ‘Can do’ and ‘Willing to do what it takes’ attitude
    You are ruthless in delivering results on time and with the highest standards and great attention to detail
    Comfortable interacting with and managing relationships with senior stakeholders

Requirements

    A true leader with experience and expertise in paid marketing (mainly paid search)
    Proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results

    Experience with working and developing Paid Search Bid tools (in house or 3rd party) and associated data modelling (attribution models, propensity models)

    Strong campaign management orientation, identify new themes/topics, offers, and platforms to reach target market with those messages and offers.

    Strong interpersonal and team-building capabilities, ability to develop strong trust-based relationships and manage effectively
