Job Summary:

The Clinician Liaison will work closely with DOD’s mental health provider network to ensure provider satisfaction and engagement within the practice.  The Clinician Liaison will collaborate cross functionally with HR/Recruiting, clinical leadership and product on various practice support and growth related activities.  The Clinician Liaison will work to achieve the established patient service level and appointment availability across all states. This person will be critical in ensuring continuity of quality care for patients.



  • Onboarding activities related to the hiring of new clinicians

  • Relationship management and liaison activities between clinicians and various departments within DOD

  • Monitor clinician scheduling and adherence to contractual requirements to optimize state by state coverage, patient service levels, clinician productivity and visit growth

  • Drive a high level of clinician satisfaction, retention and committed hours through excellent support and scheduling flexibility

  • Additional activities and initiatives to support practice management and growth initiatives

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface effectively cross functionally and with the medical practice

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment and able to quickly adapt to change.

Education and Experience:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent.

  • At least two years related experience required
