Job Summary:

Reputation is looking for an experienced Customer Program Manager to join our corporate marketing team by developing and nurturing customer advocates, case studies and other critical touchpoints. Reporting to Sr. Manager of Customer, you are passionate about building relationships with customers, working with them to bring their inspirational stories to market, and engaging them in programs that create mutual success.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, secure, and manage a customer story pipeline that supports Reputation’s target personas, industries, and market segments
  • Recruit new customers into advocate programs, build relationships, and create ongoing engagement by aligning activities that map to their interest and priorities
  • Create engaging and impactful customer case studies, testimonials, and videos
  • Manage and execute timely and relevant customer messaging through email, social and in-product touchpoints
  • Foster internal relationships with the customer success teams to uncover stories and to help elevate champions within accounts to grow deals
  • Increase brand visibility in the marketplace by sourcing inspiring and creative customer stories for media exposure
  • Oversee the customer onboarding email automation maintenance and swag shop
  • Coordinate Customer Awards including outreach, design and promotion
  • Deploy monthly Customer Newsletter; managing the content aggregation, design logistics, customer list clean up and reporting
  • Manage quarterly Customer Advisory Board logistics including pre and post surveys, participant logistics (meal cards, appreciation gifts, etc.)
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing or customer experience related roles
  • Manage projects across multiple teams, and work with various stakeholders
  • Ability to build relationships and work with various customer profiles, job functions, and levels
  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Outstanding project management and leadership skills, in addition to experience working on cross-functional teams
  • BA/BS degree
  • Proficient in MS Suite, G-Suite; Marketo, Hubspot and/or Salesforce are preferred
  • Experience writing email, case studies and general marketing copy
