Position Description

Elevate Security is looking for a passionate Implementation Manager to join our growing team, and partner with our customers. Our customers use our products to drive security behavior change, leveraging the latest advances in behavioral science and data analytics.

You will be the 2nd Implementation Manager based in the field. You will work out of our Montreal hub (all remote currently) or remotely on the East Coast of the US. If you are not working in the Montreal hub, you will join our growing remote Elevate Security workforce.

What you’ll be doing

You will work directly with customers to accelerate their adoption of Elevate Security so they can start to drive security behavior change faster with our platform. You will be responsible for implementation, testing and deployment of client solutions that leverage Elevate Security’s capabilities. You will be engaged in initial implementation efforts, as well as follow-on implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accelerate successful adoption of Elevate Security through time-bound customer engagements
  • Build integrations utilizing internal tools for customer security behavior and hr data sets
  • Test, in tandem with our engineering team, of integrations and dashboards
  • Manage multiple customer implementations in parallel
  • Create documents and artifact templates for new and existing customers
  • Provide our customers with an exceptional first experience with Elevate Security
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Success Managers to ensure completion of deliverables
  • Share the customer’s product feedback and ideas with the Elevate’s product team, and negotiate when a requirement needs to be met through a core product enhancement

What we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from you if several of the following describe you:

  • You’ve been working in customer-facing implementation/technical solution roles for at least 2 years
  • You’ve implemented enterprise, data-heavy, SaaS software applications
  • You’ve managed multiple complex, multi-faceted projects at the same time
  • You can quickly understand and translate customer requirements and architect solutions based on those requirements
  • You can effectively communicate and negotiate to both external and internal partners
  • You are curious about business processes and experienced in optimizing and automating processes is a plus
  • You can effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues
  • You have a strong understanding of web service technology, APIs, XML, JSON and data structures
  • You’re comfortable picking up new technologies quickly.
