Job Description

We are looking for a results and delivery driven program management professional to establish continuity, transparency and progress across multiple projects in their domain whilst providing support for the IT PMO Frameworks. 
We want people who are passionate about negotiation, organization and planning, strategic thinking, coaching, leading teams and can demonstrate sound managerial judgment in tough situations.
Reporting to the Director IT PMO, the IT Technical Program Manager will support strategic PMO initiatives while playing a high visibility role in a growing company. If you’re looking for an opportunity to add value and contribute to a high growth company then this is a position for you.

What You'll Be Doing

    • Establish communications and stakeholder management plans
    • Lead large, cross-team initiatives
    • Create forecasted timelines and target dates
    • Track and manage dependencies

What We'll Expect From You

    • Mastery of SDLC and Project Management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Advanced risk management skills
    • Team player
    • Expert roadmapping, organization and planning skills
    • Change management experience
    • Advanced stakeholder management experience
    • Experience with ALM software (JIRA, CA Rally, Azure DevOps)
    • Skilled in training and rolling out processes
    • Analytical skills 
    • Reporting skills
    • CSM or CSPO certification

Nice to Have

    • Engineering or technical background
    • Experience using G-Suite
    • Experience developing Powerpoint slides
    • Experience with budgeting in an Agile environment
    • Experience working with a geographically dispersed environment
    • Experience training and coaching teams
    • Process improvement skills
    • PMP Certification
