Job Description

Signifyd is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to join our Marketing & Alliances team and report to the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing. From that seat, you will shape our marketing operations function and lead the development of scalable processes and programs that enable the global marketing team to deliver aggressive results. Your role combines deep experience with sales and marketing technology stacks, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving operational efficiencies to unlock business insights. 

Sales and marketing alignment is very strong at Signifyd. Your efforts will be multiplied and achieved through strong collaboration and teamwork across our BDR team, sales operations and marketing leadership, aka the Integrated Funnel. Your mission is to architect our marketing tech stack with company systems and to integrate data from multiple sources, enabling dynamic campaign execution and real-time reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills and is comfortable operating as a self starter. They should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about operational challenges and experience scaling marketing tech and program infrastructure for a high growth company. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Senior Director and CMO in creating and executing the strategic vision for data architecture, scalable programs and processes, as well as reporting for marketing attribution and ROI 
  • Create and maintain global live dashboards to provide insights into pipeline metrics, marketing campaigns, outbound BDR activities, and business impact
  • Oversee and ensure proper integrations and maintenance between all marketing technology including Marketo, Bizible, 6Sense, data providers, ad-tech, etc 
  • Own the ongoing enrichment of account intelligence and profiling to support opportunity analysis and tiered marketing campaigns and programs
  • Support operational efficiency and process for tiered Account Based Marketing program, leveraging current ABM stack (6Sense, Path Factory, Drift)
  • Ensure full end to end lead management with Sales ops and manage and optimize the full lead journey including lead scoring, routing and efficient handovers to Sales

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • The right person will possess 5-7 years of experience, across B2B marketing and strategy work
  • Must have prior experience using key components of our tech stack - Marketo, SFDC, Bizible, 6Sense, PathFactory, ZoomInfo, Drift, etc. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
  • Must possess exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and research skills
  • Experience in the ecommerce ecosystem is a plus
