What you get to do every day:
Lead our current Sales Operations team consisting of three individual contributors and one manager.
Create & maintain sales reporting such as forecast, KPI dashboards, account penetration.  The ability to not only know what you want the team to do but able to effectively articulate business requirements and a vision that will allow VGS to scale.
Understanding of multi-dimensional SaaS business models, including usage-based models, additionally experience managing self-service conversion and freemium structure.
Understand our sales pipeline to help improve team effectiveness, remove roadblocks, and work with sales leadership to uncover insights and areas of opportunity to increase sales velocity and win rates. 
Demonstrated ability to influence senior cross-functional leaders, driving and owning the roadmap for the GTM teams at VGS.
Ongoing Strategy & planning for weekly/quarterly / annual business reviews, and providing insights to inform business decisions.  
Manage SFDC data to ensure adherence to the sales process and data accuracy
Drive & maintain account data hygiene in SFDC
Experience with working cross-functionally with Marketing, collaborating on top of funnel initiatives, implementation of Account Based Selling / Marketing methodology and best practices.
Working with all GTM teams as it relates to  the entire customer lifecycle, removing friction in the process (i.e. SDR to sales handoff and Sales to CS handoff processes) 
Document essential processes and engagement rules; help in enforcing these processes, utilizing internal VGS wiki (Confluence).
Support the associated tool stack that enables business processes across all teams. These tools include SFDC, Outreach, Clearbit, Gong, Chili Piper, Crunchbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, HubSpot, and Sisense (BI Platform). 
Build programming and content to help new hires get up to speed as quickly as possible, as well as tracking the right effectiveness metrics to see what makes someone a top (or bottom) performer and how we scale those learnings.  (Internal tooling).
Ensuring email deliverability remains stable and processes are in place to ensure domain reputation remains high.
What you bring to the role:
BS/BA or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations - come willing to roll up your sleeves!
2+ years of leadership experience in Sales Operations
Extensive, hands-on experience with Salesforce (admin experience a plus), and sales acceleration tools like our CPQ, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and other automation tools
Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel skills
Experience with business intelligence or analysis tools such as Sisense
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsInsatiable curiosity and desire to dive deeper for understanding
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
