What you will be doing:

  • Identify, research market, design and implement solutions and  improvements for New Impact client tracking integrations.
  •  Produce documentation to reflect the work clients need to do to integrate – including integration, testing and UAT standards.  
  • Manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and support existing integrations.
  • Creatively, collaboratively and systematically address bugs and resolve defects.
  • Create ‘future-proof’ solutions.
  • Work with various cross functional teams like Product, Solutions and Technical Services.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
  •  2+ years of production integration development experience.
  •  2+ years JavaScript, PHP (OOP) development.
  • General e-commerce experience – store admin, cart, checkout, catalogue/inventory, discounts, shipping methods, orders, refunds,  payments.
  • Experience with one or more of the following e-commerce platforms: Salesforce Commerce Cloud; Magento – Community, Enterprise or Cloud editions; WordPress & WooCommerce; Shopify, Bitcommerce etc.
  • Experience with one or more Tag Managers - Google TM, Signal, Tealium.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
