Job Description
· Min 1-3 years of experience in wholesale/corporate underwriting in Banks / NBFCs / Fintechs in wholesale lending·
Credit Underwriting / Risk Management
· Understanding of financial statements and ratio analysis
Report writing and communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Underwriting and preparation of credit assessment notes covering detailed analysis of business, management and financials
· Analysing the Financial and operational statements through ratio, scenario analysis and other such tools to identifying risk factors
· Prepare Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the existing portfolio companies
· Timely completion of documentation formalities in coordination with the client & lender
· Interact with bankers/lenders for approval of the loan by supplying necessary information
Liaising and negotiating with lenders
Eligibility
· Post-Graduation in Finance / CFA Level 2
