 Overview of the role

Healint is recruiting an international sales professional based in Singapore that will be responsible to help increasing our international foot print. The successful candidate will focus in the short term on the SEA market and progressively work on global opportunities outside of SEA. 

This sales professional will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest and most renown pharmaceutical companies in the world and will contribute in helping these companies transform some of their business processes by leveraging the power of digital in general and AI (Artificial Intelligence) more specifically. Healint has a unique position for you if you are looking for an opportunity to develop your career in sales/business development in one the most dynamic and in demand industry that combine healthcare and high tech industries.
The successful candidate will act as the main strategic support for the head of sales to design strategic and custom business proposals to secure sales deals coming from new accounts as well as grow the revenue from existing accounts (with a strong focus in prospecting in our existing large/global accounts). He/she will need to be knowledgeable of the pharmaceutical industry, medical studies or Real World Evidence studies.


Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Achieve revenue target from existing and new customers

  • Ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close

  • Foster new relationships for Healint through outbound efforts

  • Initiate, negotiate and close new contracts with new and existing customers

  • Prospect to create the necessary pipeline to hit quarterly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) 

  • Work closely with the head of sales to design custom business proposals

  • Establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers

  • Navigate key decision makers to build Healint awareness within assigned clients and territory 

  • Translates customer challenges and opportunities into unique business value

  • Collaborate and work with different members involved in delivery team (data engineers, media and marketing, product team, Customer Success Manager, Leadership team.) to build strategic business solutions 

  • Build effective Account Business plan and execute upon the plan

  • Build, maintain and grow opportunity pipeline within Account(s)

  • Manage the sales pipeline reporting and analysis

     

Skills & Experiences 

  • Solid understanding of the healthcare industry (including pharma, healthcare system, medical device), RWE or clinical research studies.

  • Natural relationship builder

  • Understanding of B-to-B dynamics and requirements

  • Passionate in understanding and solving our clients business challenges 

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills 

  • Strong strategic and innovative thinking; 

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills; 

  • Networking ability and confidence when dealing with senior decision makers; 

  • Excellent time management and project management skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous tasks simultaneously and drive change; 

  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex solutions; 

  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment;

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment;

  • Previous experience in the following industries: healthcare, digital health, pharmaceutical companies

  • Experience with clinical trials is a plus

  • Knowledge/Experience with media sales is a plus 

  • Knowledge/Experience with IT development is a plus
