Job Description

The Lucid Marketing team is looking for a detail-oriented, solution-focused and collaborative Marketing Project Manager, to bring strong project management expertise to our cross-functional marketing team.

As the Marketing Project Manager, you will be the person who coordinates behind-the-scenes to make sure all of our marketing projects and campaigns are completed and delivered on time, from conception through delivery, including resource management, scheduling and development of project plans and reports. The Project Manager must manage all factors that determine project success to ensure delivery within time, cost and quality parameters.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage the execution process of marketing projects from creation to implementation in Asana.
  • Acts as a point of contact for project team members, clearly and consistently communicating the needs of the organization and advocating for the needs of teams they support. 
  • Support the sprint planning of the following marketing teams: growth engineering, email, paid acquisition, analytics, SEO and international SEO. 
  • Monitor scheduling, project flow, planning and resource management from accepted concepts through delivery for marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Manage the development, maintenance and distribution of status reports on marketing projects. Help to identify and escalate issues to leadership, as appropriate.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes to support a growing marketing team. 

Requirements:

  • You are creative, articulate, influential and engaging, with a proven track record of success.
  • You have a strong understanding of Project Management principles and appropriate agile methodologies and processes.
  • You take ownership of problems and never shy away from a challenge.
  • You are flexible and tolerate ambiguity while still operating effectively.
  • You are a self-learner, willing to learn new skills, industries, and platforms—including the most technical aspects and use cases at Lucidchart and Lucidspark.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3  years experience in a Project Management role, preferably within Marketing or an Agency setting. 
  • Solid understanding Marketing’s role within an organization
  • Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent experience 
  • Proficiency in project management software tools such as Asana or Jira Agile or scrum experience a plus
