What you'll be doing

As a Sr. DevOps Engineer, you will be part of the DevOps team and work with other team members, engineering management and product management to plan, develop and deliver on-time various features and functionality for the operations.

As part of your job you will work with teammates, leadership and product management to design and deliver the operations and deployment features as per roadmap.

You will also deliver testable, modular, highly scalable and reusable code, test cases and documentation on time.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, and public cloud infrastructure from AWS. Knowledge of GCP and Azure is a plus.
• GitOps mindset: terraform, kops, helm, jsonnet. Every infrastructure component should be declaratively defined. Jenkins / Gradle and Python / Bash knowledge is good to have.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and orchestration tools; understanding of the deployment and operations of large scale SaaS applications; familiarity with the testing, staging, and production stages using microservices-based architectures on public and private clouds.
• Knowledge of Networking, Systems, and Linux is a must. 
• Familiarity with Terraform, Helm, Docker and relevant deployment frameworks is a plus.
• Education background in Computer Science is a must.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related fields
•  5 to 10 years of work experience building or managing production-grade SaaS platform
• Pushing on the boundaries on scaling and performance with a focus on zero downtime
• Serious about security - encryption at rest & on the wire
• Passionate about measurement and making data-driven decisions
• Interested in multi-cloud deployments
• You take a high-level view and care about making engineers and customers happy - you are excited about helping build a successful culture, company, and product
