This means you will be working alongside software engineers, Machine Learning engineers, data scientists and product designers to work on a variety of problems. You will be working out how we can best help people after an accident,  figuring out how we can assist the different stakeholders working on claims, and finding ways we can simplify processes and help thousands around the world recover faster from an accident.

Resulting in faster handling for their customers and creating efficiencies in the claim approval journey.

Specifically you will:

  • Work embedded in a product development team made up of Software Engineers and a Product Designer to understand problems and iterate on creative, thoughtful solutions.
  • Help launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly
  • Build and share an understanding of our markets, our competition, our customers and user requirements so teams and people around you have the context they need to make better decisions.
  • Work closely with Customers, Prospects, Sales and Engagement Management teams and will advocate passionately for our customers, buyers and users and influence multiple stakeholders
  • Help integrate user feedback and customer requirements into ongoing updates of our products.
  • Break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.
  • Communicate extensively on what have we learnt from our users, what’s new in the product and what are the problems we can solve for our customers, and how the product works.

Skills / experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong and extensive experience in a product management role within an Enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
  • Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong ownership mentality and perseverance
