Job Description

The Integrated Marketing Manager (IMM) is responsible for managing the company’s integrated lead generation programs for the SR Health platform. The IMM serves as the marketing subject matter expert in targeting organizations of all sizes in healthcare--from independent practices to large health systems--including collecting all knowledge of the competitive landscape, media outlets and industry events. The IMM is responsible for driving market awareness and lead conversion through both inbound and outbound channels. This thought leader will work cross functionally with the marketing, product and sales teams to set strategy, create deliverables and execute targeted campaigns for prospective customers to drive new leads.

Duties and responsibilities

 

Lead demand generation efforts to create marketing qualified leads for SR Health in the healthcare market

  • Align quarterly content campaigns with the product roadmap and market trends
  • Generated targeted campaigns based on long-term strategic initiatives and immediate business needs
  • Develop lead generation plans for driving revenue targets, including generating leads through events, email marketing, PPC, webinars, partners and other campaign-driven marketing activities

Monitor the campaign results and make adjustments

  • Report on campaign success (clicks, conversions, CPL, CPC and ROI)
  • Build and optimize lead nurturing programs to push leads down the sales pipeline
  • Monitor and report lead nurturing and lead scoring results to push leads from MQL to SQL status

 

Consolidate knowledge and subject matter expertise on healthcare from small practices to large health systems

  • Understand, monitor and adjust to market drivers
  • Map buyer personas and pain points to develop targeted messaging
  • Monitor competitors, market share and brand awareness

 

Monitor best practices and the competitive landscape to optimize campaign performance

  • Generate and position relevant, compelling content to drive market presence
  • Create appropriate offers according to the buying stage
  • Track and evaluate all campaign success

 

Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to determine quality and converse success of lead generation efforts

  • Communicate weekly progress of healthcare marketing campaigns to sales leadership teams
  • Meet weekly with Sales Development Representatives to ensure effective and efficient lead follow up of SQL leads

 

 

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, lead generation or public relations in a healthcare or HIT organization
  • Experience managing and creating marketing campaigns
  • Proficient in demand/lead generation through inbound and outbound, online and offline means
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate relevant value propositions
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing platform
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize and determine the importance of concurrent projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or public relations

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B lead generation focused on enterprise healthcare (i.e., hospitals and health systems)
  • Proven success managing multi-tenant, multi-level, integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience defining messaging and positioning corporate strategy from brief through execution
  • Knowledge and use of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Basecamp
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system
  • Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
