What You Will Do

    • Achieve and exceed your monthly metrics by booking qualified meetings (SQLs)Qualify leads from conversation for the sales team, so those leads become opportunities.
    • Meet and exceed daily activities requirements related to phone, email, social and etc.
    • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure best-in-class results
    • Maintain Data Quality in the work that you do on a daily basisCoach, Motivate, and Lead the North American SDR Team as a player-coach
    • Report on metrics and outcomes related to the SDR Team

    • You are a self-starter, with high energy, positive phone presence, and have a team player mentality.
    • You are highly organized and adaptable to change
    • You are an up and coming Leader who is perfecting their role as a player-coach
    • You are motivational- you find ways to challenge and motivate yourself as well as your teammates on a daily basis
    • You achieve results, take ownership, and enjoy transparent environments
    • Familiarity with the mobile space is a plus.


Experience you Bring:

    • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing or customer service
    • 2+ years experience working in an office environment
    • Experience using Outreach, Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, Zoom info and others
