The Data Entry and Support Specialist is a meaningful role responsible for helping the US economy get back on its feet and get Americans back to work. This role is responsible for calculating the Average Monthly Payroll and reviewing supporting documents for Payroll Protection Plan (PPP) borrower applications, as part of the CARES Act.

This is a temp to hire position and is contingent on performance and Lendio’s continuing growth. If you are looking for a position that has the potential to lead to regular full-time employment, this could be the opportunity you are looking for!

A successful Data Entry and Support Specialist is tech savvy and effective in comparing calculations with supporting documentation.

Daily Tasks:

• Review 50-60 files/day
• Ensure appropriate documentation is included in the borrower files
• Re-calculate the average monthly payroll amount via the template provided
• Work as part of a team to share best practices and help the company achieve its goals

• Tech Savvy/Operate multiple screens/software programs at once
• 1+ years of Data Entry (preferred)
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to read and analyze financial documents
• Experience with finance, tax or bookkeeping is a huge plus

• Temp to Hire position (please note that temporary positions do not qualify for benefits, however if this opportunity transitions into regular, FT employment, Lendio’s benefits package would be available)
• Work From Home during the COVID-19 closures and then work in Lendio’s Lehi, UT headquarters when it is advised to return to the workplace
• Hourly Pay
• Shifts: 7:30-4:30 pm MST
