As a Sportsbook Data Analyst, you’ll support data analysis and reporting efforts to inform our current and future initiatives. Through cross-functional collaboration and inventive metrics building, you will enable teams across our organization to make smarter, better, and faster decisions. Sound good to you?

What you’ll do as an Analyst:

  • Monitor sportsbook performance and diagnose areas of opportunity. Example areas of performance include betting demand, player behavior, risk management, and trading performance.
  • Develop data analysis and reports to measure and inform sportsbook initiatives and use those to guide business decisions.
  • Provide opportunity size for major promotional events to help the Sportsbook team capitalize on significant sporting events in the US, including Super Bowl, Masters, etc.
  • Work cross-functionally across promotions, customer retention management, operations, and VIP to analyze customer behavior.

What skills you will use:

  • Ideally, you have 2+ years of business analytics or data science experience, preferably at a sportsbook or gaming provider. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline. 
  • Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Excel, R, Python, or another statistical programming language.
  • Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tool.
  • Comfortable presenting complicated data views to cross-functional audiences and senior leadership.
  • Enjoy a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a strong desire to produce high-quality work.
