Brightwheel is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing System Operations team.  The ‘Sales Operations Enablement Associate’ will support the System Operations team as well as work independently acting as a technical liaison between SysOps and users.
 
The ideal candidate will have the ability to analyze and solve complex problems, create organized and comprehensive documentation, and provide guidance and instruction to users at all levels.  You're able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and know how to navigate cross-functionally to get things done.  This position may be based in either Austin, TX or Denver, CO but support our teams company-wide.  
 
You'll be joining a top notch fast paced team with a goal to make a meaningful impact in early education.

Role and Responsibilities

    • Support Salesforce administrative functions including user account maintenance, profiles, roles, permission sets, approval processes, workflows, custom fields, objects, page layouts, records management, and validation rules
    • Provide first tier troubleshooting and administrative support in the Salesforce environment for end users
    • Partner with different departments to act as a technical resource during the various stages of new systems development
    • Work closely with members of the System Operations team to optimize the effectiveness of the company’s technology investment
    • Drive and increase user adoption ensuring user satisfaction and effectiveness on key platforms including gathering feedback for enablement, developing documentation, and delivering end-user trainings
    • Create training and workflow documentation, and maintain ongoing documentation of processes as business needs evolve or features are added (Knowledge Base)
    • Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards, analyze data, and identify gaps in data integrity
    • Assist with managing user-access and other basic administrative functions in salesforce integrated tools

Qualifications

      • 1+ years direct/relevant experience as a Salesforce administrator, preferably supporting a SaaS business. Lightning experience preferred
      • Strong understanding of the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience regarding day-to-day operations and maintenance of Salesforce
      • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to effectively translate between end-users, business analysts, and technical/functional experts
      • Exceptional listening, oral, and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
      • Demonstrated ability to provide instruction to audiences of varying technical backgrounds
      • Ability to identify areas for improvement and take on challenges with a data-driven approach
      • Strong, detailed knowledge of user development processes, technology use, and coaching
      • Experience soliciting, gathering and analyzing user input and feedback
      • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
 
Preferred experience:
    • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) 
    • Outreach.io or similar sales enablement platforms
    • SFDC tools such as Rollup Helper
