Description: 

Director of Revenue Operations will lead the team that enables internal GTM customers with the technology, processes and insights to ensure they can perform their roles efficiently and can scale effectively

Responsibilities: 

  • Operational & systems management: Build the Revenue Operations function from the ground up by identifying gaps and building on existing processes. Identify future systems needs by synthesizing inputs and experiences to define and prioritize the unmet technology and process needs of the GTM organization. Manage budget & resources to ensure that every outcome aligns with the business’ needs. Support the GTM tech stack by being knowledgeable on the vendors and systems used by customer success, sales, marketing, and marketing/sales operations

 

  • Customer Journey Optimization: Ally.io’s Customer Journey involves a mix of multiple stakeholders, communication and process triggers, and Sales and Customer Success touch points. You will be responsible for assessing this journey, and identifying areas where best practices, efficiency improvements and process optimizations can result in increased revenue scale, more efficient acquisition, and more satisfied customers. Solutions will be implemented most often through cross-functional alignment and cooperation

 

  • Execution: Manage day-to-day operational tasks, including but not limited to salesforce.com database quality and optimization of the Sales execution workflow. Marketo data quality and structure management, and operational campaign execution. Rigorous measurement of the business, including a keen eye towards helping answer the question “what should we measure” rather than leading a reporting function

 

  • Forecasting, Reporting, & Pipeline Management: Enabling a best-in-class sales forecast, pipeline and operating cadence. This will include everything from gathering data, improving predictive measures, running analysis, and facilitating forecasting and planning

 

  • Sales Compensation Management: Partner with finance with the development, implementation, and execution of compensation plans and quota attainment/incentive compensation calculations

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce and Marketo (maintain/update/improve processes and workflow, oversee implementation with other systems, build KPI Dashboards for key stakeholders within and outside of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organization)
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team
  • Expert proficiency in financial modeling and analyzing complex and large data sets
  • B2B SaaS experience high desired
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Track-record of collaborating with cross-functional partners to lead transformation and growth
