Alloy is a service for reducing false positives during the KYC process. Alloy’s API and dashboard helps financial institutions integrate multiple sources of data and custom CIP rules to both increase the number of customers that can be successfully onboarded without manual review and improve transparency and efficiency into the process.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing 

As the Product Director you’ll:

  • Work with our CEO and technical leaders on a coherent product strategy and own one of Alloy's product roadmaps
  • Break that strategy into phases, prioritize and drive backlogs for on-time releases working alongside the development team
  • Work at all levels of the release process: Business Strategy, Design, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and Marketing
  • Be the voice of the customer: collaborate with our clients and users to attain a deep understanding of their needs and wants
  • Help develop and introduce standardized product processes to scale our organization and enhance cross team collaboration
  • Lead, manage and mentor a team of product managers
  • Product planning and assignment of tasks and deliverables
  • Product lifecycle management from concept to launch of the product(s) across all products/product lines
  • Lead, define, represent and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders
  • Assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities
  • Monitor product development sprints and evaluate results
  • Drive innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive actions

Who we’re looking for

Alloy is looking for a technically-focused product manager with proven success of shipping outstanding client experiences.

  • 7+ years of experience as a product leader. Experience in B2B software or fintech is a must-have. Within B2B software, experience in developer tools, security tools, or a similarly technical field is a huge bonus. 
  • Customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating that into the product development process
  • Successfully implemented data-driven processes to turn a vision into an actionable roadmap
  • People leader with demonstrated success in building, leading, and mentoring the research, design, and development teams
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Understand the user experience and design
  • A track record of owning product initiatives from requirements to fully deployed functionality, including managing dependent or related functions (marketing, sales, support, etc)
  • Able to distill product roadmaps into digestible and relevant presentations to key customers and partners
  • Drive product analytics to understand feature usage, comprehension, and optimization
  • Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
