Job Description

Our Client Services team at SeatGeek is responsible for the implementation and ongoing technical support of our clients using SeatGeek Enterprise Products & Services.

Reporting to our Head of Enablement Services, you’ll be collaborating with internal teams to create, update, and manage quality documentation on our products and processes. These resources will serve the end goal enabling both our internal team and our clients to better utilize our products and services.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee creation and publication of internal technical and reference documentation on SeatGeek Enterprise products and processes
  • Oversee creation and publication of client and partner documentation on SeatGeek Enterprise products
  • Ensure existing documentation is updated reflect product improvements and changes over time. Publish revisions to technical literature as needed 
  • Manage ongoing updates of client and partner knowledge systems including access, organization, versioning, styling etc. Ensure content is updated, accurate, consistent, and relevant
  • Collaborate with internal teams globally at SeatGeek to identify documentation needs and respond to those with resources that meet the business need
  • Be a thought leader and expert product resource for our SeatGeek Enterprise Products including SRO, eSRO,, Amplify and SeatGeek Open distribution
  • Assist with coordination of SeatGeek Enterprise Training and Enablement program initiatives including but not limited to User Group Conferences, creation and publication of knowledge base articles, product enablement, hosting of e-learning opportunities, etc.

Who are you and what you have

  • Technically inclined 
  • A creative and critical thinker
  • An expert written communicator that can communicate context, application, and relevant details clearly and concisely 
  • A Collaborative individual, eager and open to work with product & engineering
  • 3+ years experience with creating platform documentation in an enterprise SaaS environment. Experience with SRO Platform prefered. 
  • The ability to project manage your tasks including prioritization, communication, scheduling, and organization
  • Experience with SeatGeek Enterprise Products is a plus but not required
  • Exceptional written communication skills in English
  • Fluency in Salesforce, Confluence, Google Suite, Zoom Meetings, and Asana are a plus
