São Paulo
Our São Paulo office is located in the heart of the city, a region full of cultural spaces and history. The office houses several different teams, from Operations to Technology. We have an auditorium where we can host presentations, lectures and fun activities!
 
Main responsibilities
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive its objectives;
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies;
- Conceive and implement Social Media strategy and Digital presence;
- PR strategy;
- Define and implement marketing strategy focused on increasing Monthly Active User base, Brand Awareness and Market Share;
- Define and implement an Acquisition Strategy in coordination with the Global Marketing Team;
- Management of KPI’s for Acquisition and Retention, being responsible for creating a plan to increase its performance;
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution;
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more;
- Lead the team that will create valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups;
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors;
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals;
- An excellent communicator who is able to present ideas and findings at local and global level.
 
Required Skills & Experience
- BS/MS degree in business, marketing or a related field;
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn;
- Solid knowledge of website and mobile analytics tools;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Experienced leader;
- Strong experience in customer segmentation strategies and execution;
- Deep experience and knowledge in digital media strategy and tactics;
- Sense of aesthetics and a love for communication;
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing;
- Ideally have experience in direct-to-consumer or e-commerce marketing;
- Fluent English.
