About the Role:

PayIt’s Solution Consulting organization serves on our sales team as a technical pre-sales support resource for our prospects, customers and partners.  A PayIt Senior Solution Consultant (SC) works to utilize their technology expertise and deep product knowledge to support our sales efforts by helping uncover business issues and challenges the prospect or customer has, showcase the differentiated value of PayIt’s products and services, and build a plan to successfully implement PayIt successfully for the client and drive long term value and growth.  The SC helps drive technical discovery and value positioning of our services; including product use case and roadmap, platform security, integration, and payment processing evaluations, and more. SCs help handle objections and translate the technical merits of our solution into value for clients. This role will involve the support of multiple time zones and typically involves extensive travel. The selected candidate can live in any major market in the United States.

What You’ll Need to Have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in SaaS Pre-Sales Solution Consulting roles.
  • Ability to dynamically articulate product and platform positioning to both business and technical users so that prospects understand our unique differentiation.
  • Experience creating and delivering product demonstrations for prospects, customers, and partners.
  • A deep understanding of Cloud and SaaS technology and business models, digital business and IT trends and requirements, and a functional understanding of scoping and positioning of iterative agile professional services for SaaS deployments.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills; including assistance for marketing in writing market facing content, responses to RFIs and RFPs, and comfort and experience running demos and presentations to IT and business executives during the sales process.
  • Experience collecting feedback from the field, synthesizing, analyzing and channeling to Product Management and Engineering teams.
  • Great customer facing communication skills, ability to pivot seamlessly between audiences and needs, and persuasive confidence with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Exceptional teamwork capabilities with previous experience supporting and partnering across the organization including but not limited to: Sales Professionals, Product Management, Client Success, and Executives.
  • Strong passion and interest to stay up to date with competitive landscape and current trends happening in the Digital GovTech and FinTech industries.
