Sales Academy Specialist

In this role you will help organising the global sales training and enablement initiatives for our sales teams. Making sure they embed the Adyen sales culture, learn from the best and continuously grow in their commercial role.

We are developing a program focused on selling the value of our solution, and particularly on the skills to do so successfully. In this program, our top performers share their successes and experiences and how these were realized across the global team. With that we want to make sure we are scaling performance.

The program has the goal to develop and sustain the best salesforce in the payments industry. The program includes various aspects related to sales training and enablement, such as new hire onboarding, value selling skills, pricing workshops, pipeline strategy etc.

What you’ll do

  • Organise various parts of the Sales Academy program, online and offline across our offices.
  • Be part of a team that is building out new programs for different audiences (sales managers, team leads etc.) and for different topics (sales skills and processes).
  • Create scalability in our Sales Academy.
  • Creating sales content for our online knowledge hub.
