Job Description

As a Bullhorn Operations Quality Manager, you will be responsible for designing, tracking and monitoring Professional Service’s quality metrics, ensuring the integrity of the department’s data is maintained, and creating reports and analyses to identify areas of opportunity for the various teams within the department. You will be working closely with the managers of Professional Services and Product Delivery teams to ensure compliance and accuracy of data, and provide  suggestions and improvements to current processes based on your findings.

As a Quality Manager, your data analysis and process improvements will be utilized by PS Leadership in order to provide a consistently incredible customer experience.


As a Quality Manager, a typical day might include:

  • Reviewing past reports and trends to identify areas of improvement.

  • Working with the Operations team to implement and refine metric tracking processes.

  • Producing performance reports and providing recommendations to the larger management team.

  • Discussing performance with individual managers, to determine root causes and make suggestions for improvement.

  • Creating action plans in order to correct any negative trends.

  • Ensuring the data in PS systems is accurate and whole, so that confident and thorough analysis can be undertaken.

  • Providing and receiving feedback into the employee onboarding process and any other areas where the quality gap may need bridging.

  • A great eye for detail and strong problem solving skills.

  • An ability to prioritize tasks/issues/escalations and manage many projects simultaneously.

  • Tolerance for ambiguity, allowing you to complete projects with high quality.

  • A keen ability to analyze large data sets and draw conclusions from that data.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Bonus points for:

  •  Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and/or Clarizen
  • Strong presentation skills
