We’re seeking an experienced, creative, and driven marketing leader to lead our acquisition and growth marketing programs. The ideal candidate possesses a growth mindset, analytical prowess, and strong collaboration skills. You’ll use proven experience to create and drive our acquisition and growth marketing strategy, leading a talented team in executing this strategy across all of our channels, and analyzing our entire sales funnel to identify, act on, and scale growth opportunities. 
You'll work closely with our partner, customer, and EMEA marketing teams, as well as sales, revenue operations, and revenue enablement to build an effective, integrated model for new customer acquisition and funnel acceleration that will grow our pipeline and directly impact revenue generation. 

What You’ll Do

    • Lead the entire multi-channel acquisition and growth marketing function for Highspot, including development and execution of our strategy to drive prospect awareness, educate and capture buyers’ interest, and ultimately build a pipeline
    • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report the impact of campaigns on MQL, SQL, pipeline, revenue, and sales cycle length; leverage quantitative skills to interpret data and gain insights, and then translate these insights into actionable changes
    • Manage lead generation campaigns from ideation to completion—including market expansion opportunities and new product launches
    • Analyze the entire sales funnel to unlock conversion improvements and revenue acceleration opportunities 
    • Define the buyer journey, drive customer segmentation, map campaign objectives, and collaborate on the right assets needed for each stage of the journey
    • Analyze and segment existing data to drive operational improvements
    • Successfully execute, scale, and automate an enterprise account-based marketing strategy
    • Work closely with Marketing, Account Development, Revenue Operations, Revenue Enablement, and Sales leaders to effectively align strategy and execution with Highspot’s go-to-market objectives

Your Background

    • Insatiable curiosity for unlocking growth opportunities that increase marketing’s ability to drive revenue
    • Deep analytical skills that fuel your curiosity and lead to insightful, data-driven decisions. 
    • A passion for collaboration the affinity to build relationships across teams, including vendors, business managers and external partners
    • Experience creating and executing on revenue growth strategies in SaaS environments
    • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo
    • Execution focus and ability to quickly experiment, gather data, and then scale
    • Comfort with defining goals, success factors, and key metrics for programs—and delivering against them
    • Experience collaborating with a centers of excellence model, such as revenue operations and design 
    • Experience and knowledge of account-based marketing strategies and technology
    • 2-5 years of management experience of a team of 2 or more
