We are currently looking for a student as a part-time support for our global Legal team in GoodData.
What will you do?
- Administrative support to Legal team in a global company (US/CZ)
- Maintenance of legal documents and databases
- Use standard templates to prepare various contracts
- Process contracts for execution
- Vendor contracts management
- Help with Legal Operations projects
About you:
- Law school student
- Fluent in English and Czech
- Well-trained in Google Docs, Word & Excel
- Independent and fast-learning
- Flexibility and availability to work in evenings (position is based in Brno, and requires communication with our San Francisco office, which may take place in evening hours from time to time)
It is nice if you have:
- Certification in Legal English
- Knowledge of US Law
