Native is a key revenue-driving channel for us and we are looking to add new experts to the team to ensure continued growth. Currently, Native advertising is active in 18 markets and in multiple languages.

Responsibilities and what you will do

    Manage multiple paid media channels specifically native advertising platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, etc)
    Plan, execute campaigns strategically while aligning with company goals and wider marketing objectives
    Own all aspects of campaign set up, optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting, with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability
    Manage day-to-day campaign metrics and actively monitor campaign KPIs and carry out optimizations across all native platforms and extended digital channels
    Own tracking mechanisms (i.e. GA, UTMs, tagging, pixels, etc.) end-to-end, working closely with developers and data team
    Experience in working with million $ campaigns across multiple platforms
    Data-driven. Find trends and patterns in large datasets and theorize ways to exploit those trends. Understand our campaigns and what works. Theorize and test why something is working, then find ways to iterate, scale, and optimize.
    Create new headlines and landing page concepts to increase high-quality volume for the Native Channel.
    Input on landing page optimization to ensure an efficient end to end journey and come up with new test hypotheses
    Work closely with design teams to ensure the images are in-line with Lifesum healthy meal plans
    Stay organized and keep everyone in the loop. You will work closely across teams and will need to be an excellent communicator and project manager.
    Collaborate with other marketing teams to find ideas and winners from other channels
    Expand and nurture our partnerships through account management and placement optimization to maximize revenue

Are you the one we are looking for?

To be successful in this position we believe that you have

    3+ years in paid digital marketing channels
    Proven success buying ads Native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, etc) or similar experience in programmatic platforms (DSPs.)
    Experience with Excel, ideally advanced formulas and vlookups
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Flexible and able to pivot quickly when priorities change.
    Can funnel constructive criticism into new ideas
    Consistent execution and strong attention to detail
    Excellent interpersonal skills.
    Stellar project management skills

Good to have

    Experience with programmatic bidding
    Native language in English/German/French to own regional campaigns
    Hand on experience with Programmatic Advertising is a plus.
    Google Ads Certified and Facebook BluePrint Certified is a plus
    Strong understanding of Google Analytics
