What are the key parts to the role?

 

We are looking for an ambitious, hard-working Inside sales German speaker. A unique opportunity to join an exciting start up organisation that is creating a new era of spend management and control platforms to revolutionise the way businesses think about spend, employee efficiency and autonomy. As an early joiner you will have the ability to help shape and drive the direction of the go to market and lead generation strategy and an opportunity to accelerate your career goals

This is a great opportunity to come on board and be at the heart of this business’ growth in a new market. As we expand into new territories you will be one of the first to establish our go to market presence in the DACH region replicating the success we have seen in other regions.  As an early member of the team, you will have the opportunity to help define the strategy and execution plan.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Own the Small to mid customers and prospects
  • Identify go to market opportunities and develop the strategy alongside the CRO and CMO
  • Meet or exceed agreed metrics and quota
  • Accurately report on pipeline and forecast
  • Represent the company at events and hold discussions at a thought leadership level
  • Keep CRM and all other tools up to date with clean information
  • Push outside of your comfort zone in preparation for your next career move

Must Have

 

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a software / Cloud organisation
  • Ability to work multiple complex sales cycles at C level and C-1
  • Ability to qualify and prioritise the right sales opportunities
  • Able to work under pressure with both small and large transactions
  • Passion to find and win new business but also have the desire to upsell and maintain a customer through its lifecycle
  • Clear sales methodology and demonstrable consistency in approach.
