Job Description
Job Scope:
- Identify the right talent to improve business, from end-to-end hiring process to staffing.
- Propose HR initiatives and strategy that is in line with business goals
- Facilitate executive coaching to develop employee’s skill and capacity
- Optimizing employee productivity by creating appropriate PMS; monthly productivity measurement, monthly performance review, and coaching for development.
- Designs succession planning for key talents and key job positions.
- Engage employees through innovative programs to scale up the business
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organization Development or Business will be considered an advantage
- 1.5+ years’ experience in an HR-related function
- Good problem-solving skills, communication and data driven
- High sense in business is preferrable
