Soldo are looking for a Product Marketeer to own our small business proposition and help continue our rapid growth in this segment, working in partnership with the Head of Product Marketing to build this new team within Soldo.
The Product Marketing team is responsible for synthesizing user insights into product opportunities and putting products in the hands of users in such a way as to make them successful. This is achieved through defining the market opportunity, understanding in detail the requirements, organising and analysing all customer feedback, owning the product positioning, product messaging, and ensuring that there is an overall go-to-market strategy for our products.
You will work closely with the Go-to-Market teams who are responsible for post product launch, sales enablement and focus on driving specific demand, adoption and usage.
This role will own the proposition for small business, and as such you must help develop a deep understanding of the market and the buyer personas for this market, ensuring that:
· A product and its new features are appropriately positioned on the market,
· Sales and marketing teams have all the necessary knowledge and materials enabling them to attract new customers,
· The product satisfies the target audience’s needs, overcoming their pain points,
· Product demand and adoption are on continuous rise
· The product remains relevant as the markets evolve.
· Formulation and agreement of Market Requirement documentation
· Delivery of the Market Requirements documentation and full understanding of its requirements to the Product Development team
· Delivery of a Launch Plan(s), agreed with Sales and Marketing
Product Marketing deliverables focus on 5 key areas:

5. Launch plan
You will work in partnership with the Head of Product Marketing to support the Go-to-Market and Product Management teams, including the creation and maintenance of all product marketing deliverables.

About you
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Product Marketeer who is looking for an impactful career move within a rapidly growing FinTech.
You will have a proven history of successful Product Marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS business and potentially in the verticals of fintech, small business accounting, or travel & expense solutions.
You will have hands-on experience building and deploying successful strategies, and an impressive track record working closely with sales, marketing and product teams.
Monitor performance of key metrics and identifies opportunities to improve performance
You will be obsessively data driven and structured providing insights to plans and decisions.
You will be a problem solver and growth hacker, with the ability to take on large cross-functional projects and drive progress through collaboration, expertise, impact analysis and task prioritisation.
You will be a team player, with excellent written and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally.
