We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist who will be responsible for the smooth operation of our marketing organisation as we continue growing our teams, budgets and markets at a dazzling speed. The core focus of your work is to bring information and people from different teams together in a structured and scalable way.
You will be a part of the Marketing Strategy & Operations team and you will report to its team lead. Your team supports the marketing leadership in defining strategy and planning ahead, by taking a market level view and bringing together inputs from across the marketing organisation and other relevant stakeholders within Vinted’s finance, shipping, and product teams.
In this position, you will:
- Be the marketing project lead for new market launches, product mergers, and other large initiatives that require a coordinated marketing plan. You will gather input from specialists within the marketing, product and shipping teams to ensure we have a smart and clear marketing plan, which is communicated to and accessible for all relevant stakeholders. What will we do across our wide range of marketing channels – including offline, digital, and communications – why, when, and how will we measure if it’s successful?
- Create and improve playbooks to smoothen coordination of future market launches, mergers, and other cross-departmental projects
- Set up and drive regular processes to collect input from across the organisation (shipping, finance, product, strategy & analytics), which is needed for marketing teams to make their decisions on campaign optimisation, investment levels, and creative deployment. For example: planned product initiatives in every market that will impact future marketing efficiency.
- Drive high impact initiatives for the entire marketing organisation on topics that do not squarely fit within the Brand or Growth domains. This can range from people processes to new tooling assessments, to documentation and reporting, to meeting cadence and setup.
You should have/be:
- 4+ years experience in a rapidly growing/changing work environment
- Highly skilled communicator and stakeholder manager
- Project management ninja: structured and detail oriented
- Curious, open and accessible personality
- Analytical mindset, able to gather, structure and logically process both qualitative and quantitative data
- Eager to understand how things work, improve where there is something and create where there is nothing
- Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English (it’s our working language)
- Bonus: proven track record in building go-to-market plans and marketing proposals
- Bonus: experience with change management, driving operational improvement within a 300+ employee company

The salary range for this position is 3500 - 5000 € (gross) per month, depending on your experience.
