As our new Talent Team Leader, you will be the owner of the team’s main goal: attracting and employing world-class professionals, all the while ensuring they have the best candidate experience. You will do this by relying on your experience of building / leading amazing hiring teams and strategies, implementing best hiring practices and partnering leaders within your company. If you’re someone who is willing to take a strategic management role, lead our team through hypergrowth, you may well be just who we need.
 

In this position, you’ll:

    • Drive and co-create the Vinted Talent strategy for one or more of our amazing business units
    • Lead strategic partnerships with Hiring Managers and Management Teams at Vinted
    • Lead and grow a team of incredibly talented Hiring Partners and Recruiters to drive the development of long-term strategic solutions and a world class hiring ecosystem
    • Use data and insights to pivot and adapt our strategy as Vinted grows
    • Partner with Senior Leadership across the People team and Vinted as a whole to ensure we are always innovating and that we aim high
    • Develop meaningful, scalable and memorable strategies for continuously raising the hiring bar at Vinted
    • Be a custodian of company and team culture, really care about our mission and making second-hand first choice globally
    • Ownership and delivery of key OKRs within the People Strategy

About you:

    • Have delivered and / or designed a hiring strategy in a high growth environment
    • Have an international mindset and ideally experience working across multiple geographies
    • Partnered senior stakeholders and are comfortable to collaborate and challenge
    • Have successfully designed, owned and implemented complex projects in the past and ideally through multiple iterations
    • Have led / managed top performing teams
    • Are not afraid to take ownership and adapt to a challenging environment
    • Have great communication skills in English: you’re someone who proactively voices problems, gives and takes feedback, is organised and empathetic
