Job Description

In this high-profile role, you will help scope, execute, report, and maintain through our automation ecosystem, database and programs, and enable Lucidworks to massively scale revenue growth through targeted, personalized marketing. 
 
A successful candidate is a builder and a fixer, one who can work in a fast pace environment as an in-house campaign operations expert. You know the ins and outs of Marketo and are ready to hit the ground running to help reach our goals. You are a team player with a balance of technical acumen and creativity skills.

You will:

      • Manage the build, testing, and launch process of email marketing campaigns
      • Be the campaign operations expert and work hand in hand with the marketing team to launch activities
      • Create and execute multi-touch emails and multi-channel “integrated” programs to targeted account lists and house lists, events and webinars, full-funnel triggered nurture and customer cross-sell/migration and upsell
      • Optimize the contact database for greater campaign effectiveness and analyze the health of the marketing database
      • Continually A/B tests campaign elements to iterate improved performance
      • Ensures Leads and Contacts are scored by Marketo and assigned to Sales in SFDC
      • Work with Marketo users to build and troubleshoot programs and related segmentation/Smart Lists and reporting
      • Enable and challenge stakeholders to tease out insights and actionable plans based on findings revealed by reports and dashboards
      • Create and maintain user enablement documentation (i.e., brand-approved templates, how-to guides and self-help recordings)
      • Work closely with the Marketing Automation Manager to build strong relationships with RevOps, sales,  and marketing to maximize the effectiveness of marketing automation
 

You have:

      • 1+ years of experience in marketing operations, communications, or related field
      • 1+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing with specific experience executing in marketing automation tools like Marketo
      • Experience working in Salesforce, including understanding system records and reporting
      • Marketo Certified Expert is a bonus
      • Proficiency with HTML is a plus
