Job Description

Oomnitza offers enterprise IT a unique solution to manage the entirety of the digital estate. We are scaling rapidly and need an experienced Sales Ops and GTM manager to be our EVP, Field Operations management partner.

Responsibilities:

    • Serve as management partner to our EVP, Field Operations who oversees Sales, Customer Success and Professional Services
    • Create and manage processes for delivery of all sales-related data: pipeline, reporting, deal tracking, executive reporting, and dashboards, etc
    • Work with COO / HR function to ensure that people management is a top priority including performance reviews, career development and progression
    • Manage sales tools, sometimes using contract vendors (i.e. for CRM build-outs)

Qualifications:

    • 5+ years experience managing sales professionals or closely supporting CRO / VP of Sales for a SaaS company focused in Enterprise 
    • Customer-obsessed and cares about the day-to-day work environment and career development of everyone on the Field Ops team
    • Comfort with all sales metrics including top of the funnel, sales conversions, implementation costs and timeline and net revenue
    • Retention
    • Experienced manager who isn’t afraid of tough conversations and holds everyone at the company accountable
