Staff Photonics Engineer 

Responsibility:

Support a diverse portfolio of optical network BU including optoelectronics, photonics solutions, optical sub-assemblies products targeting high speed optical applications.

Expertise in high speed optical communications, from short reach to metro to long-haul optical transmission system including hardware, high order
modulation formats (QPSK/16QAM/64QAM/PAM4) and digital signal processing techniques.

Setup experiments and validate supported components performance.

Customer design-in support and failure analysis.


Qualification:

PhD in Optical Communications

6+ years in the optical component, module or systems engineering or research experience

Experience on 100G and above optical transmission system

Able to work both as a team or independently

Good oral and written English
