We are looking for an exceptional, innovative, resourceful and self-driven HR Generalist to join the close knit, passionate and extremely proud about their platform & product IntSights family!

You will be key member of the global HR team. You will be responsible for the administration and support of the full cycle of HR activities from hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, HR analytics, offboarding etc for employees in Americas, EMEA and APAC. Working from our NYC office, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across the company globally to help deliver amazing experiences for our employees.

Role & Responsibilities:

You will

·Be a trusted advisor to employees and managers.

·Be responsible for talent acquisition & new hire on- boarding.

·Be responsible for employee engagement & experience.

·Construct and implement innovative employee engagement programs and fun initiatives to enhance employee connect and enhance morale.

·Participate in devising and delivering key people initiatives to make IntSights an even better workplace.

·Guide and counsel on employee relations and ensure compliance with the global practices and policies.

·Maintain employee records and manage our HR systems viz HRIS, applicant tracking system, etc.

·Identify and interpret employee experience (current and emerging) trends, and opportunities; develop and implement topical programs, initiatives, and communications.

·Participate and own any other people & talent initiatives and activities as needed.


·Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources

·At least 5-7 years of Human Resources experience with experience across areas of employee relations, employee engagement performance management, compensation, talent management and recruitment, organizational development, employment law.

·Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, project management and collaboration skills.

·Ownership and ability to work cross functionally to deliver outcomes.

·Detail oriented and highly organized

·Demonstrated proficiency in communication & excellent interpersonal skills

·Must be able to work independently and on a team

·Ability to work a flexible schedule to support employees in EMEA and APAC
