As an Influencer Marketing Associate on the Male Audience, you will play a key role on the team and drive our critical work to establish Curology in the male market through our creator collaborations.
You Are
- Excited to share Curology’s first-of-its-kind approach with creators
- In tune with the latest influencer trends and propose innovative collaborations that put Curology at the forefront of these trends
- A strategic thinker who is always looking for resourceful ways to target new up and coming influencers.
- Equally excited about interpreting data as brainstorming creative initiatives.
- Consistently analyzing internal processes to make the influencer program more efficient and progressive.
You Will
- Play an integral role in developing a competitive influencer strategy.
- Identify and engage influencers to share the Curology story with them
- Manage organic and paid influencer collaborations with creators from 10k to 10M followers
- Identify opportunities to reach influencers on new channels beyond Instagram and YouTube
- Structure and negotiate partnerships with influencers that create a win-win outcome
- Manage our gifting programs for influencers
- Collaborate with others on the influencer team to organize and host Curology’s influencer events
- Cross functionally partner with various marketing departments to understand overarching company needs.
- Utilize consumer insights to structure the male influencer strategy
You Have
- At least 3-4 years of experience managing influencer collaborations at an agency or brand
- A keen intuition for what messages will resonate with male influencers
- Scaled partnerships for a male targeted product
- Quantitative skills to analyze and assess the success of your influencer marketing efforts
- Great verbal and written communication skills- Excellent relationship building skills
- Outstanding project management skills
