Your profile

  • You are an absolute people person and demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities
  • You possess a can do attitude and will to succeed
  • You understand the value of continuous education through workshops, seminars, training and coaching
  • At least 5 years experience in complex B2B solution sales as an individual contributor
  • At least 5 years experience leading a high performing sales team in the complex B2B enterprise space
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and overachieving targets in both roles (top 10-20% of company)
  • You are familiar with the entire sales cycle (prospecting to renewals)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience selling to HR / L&D departments is a plus
  • Experience in SaaS / software sales is preferred
  • Southern Europe is an interesting area for you to live
  • You speak English and as second language Italian or Spanish
