Product Marketing is a highly cross-functional role at Branch, partnering closely with Product and Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success. Our Product Marketing team takes a pivotal role in leading our go-to-market strategy. PMMs run product launches, create customer-facing campaigns and content, enable sales and customer support teams with insightful training and materials, and encourage on-going user adoption through the development of customer education programs. 

We are looking for a creative, analytical, collaborative product marketer to join our fast-growing team. You will develop a deep understanding of Branch products, customers, and our competitive landscape. Familiar with both mobile and B2B, you have an innate ability to grasp technical capabilities and translate them into clear business benefits that resonate with customers.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll get to:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our brand, customer needs, product lines, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Lead and develop clear product positioning and messaging that resonates with targeted buyers.
  • Work closely alongside our sales enablement teams to understand the needs of frontline sellers and CSMs, and build out training and collateral that helps our salesforce progress every deal.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing team members to run integrated marketing campaigns for new and existing products, appropriately leveraging all the channels available to us.
  • Be hands-on in writing and creating customer facing materials that will range from how-to guides up to thought-leadership materials.
  • Assess the effectiveness of marketing programs on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.

You’ll be a good fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of product marketing or go-to-market experience; experience working in mobile, ad tech or technology companies is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the mobile ecosystem (including apps, app stores, and underpinning technical concepts such as SDKs and postbacks).
  • Knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem (including familiarity with Mobile measurement partners, ad networks, agencies, and ad platforms such as Facebook and Google).
  • Experience creating and shipping your own content and campaigns; with a few notable success stories and some war stories to share.
  • A track record of working cross functionally (paying special attention to not just Product and Marketing partners, but also enabling sales organizations).
  • Excellent writing skills, with a passion for creating engaging, clear and jargon-free messaging.
  • An eye for detail which extends in overseeing design work or even handling your own on smaller projects.
  • A deadline-oriented mindset, and are capable of handling a number of concurrent projects.
  • The ability to balance working on high-level strategic projects and focusing on perfecting the details.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
