For this new position based in our Paris office, our ideal candidate is always aiming for enhancements, efficiencies, and is forward-thinking. You will ensure our recruitments and HR initiatives are reliable, consistent and contribute to a differentiated work environment.
- Life cycle employee management: Provide advice and support to Platformers throughout their full life cycle at Platform.sh
- People development: Participate in the creation and implementation of various training & development programs
- People Ops projects: Proactively identify and suggest improvement. You will also actively participate in various HR projects and implementations
- Recruitment: Manage several international recruitments
- Documentation: Maintain and create HR documentation, ensuring data is accurate and compliant with employment laws and promote a working culture of empowerment and trust
Keys to being the right fit for this position
- At least 2 years of hands-on HR generalist experience in a fast growing IT company
- Hands-on approach with critical thinking and planning aptitude
- People-centric, analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative attitude
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance (ability to partner with internal and external counsel)
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in a highly distributed organization
- Fluent in English and French
