Vestiaire Collective is looking for a talented Intern to support the Global PR Manager, starting January 2021.
About the role
Working as part of the global PR team, the intern supports the global team in delivering 360 global PR campaigns across 12 markets whilst ensuring the smooth day to day running of the press office.
Responsibilities
Supporting key global communications projects throughout the year
Providing on-going project support to the Global / Local PR teams
Assist with new market launches
Supporting the PR team with events and launches
Support PR agencies that are managed by Global PR team if needed
Collate, analyse and evaluate media coverage when needed
Assist with PR reports + presentations
Assist and support the PR team to ensure continuous high levels of coverage within the media
Manage courier send outs (local / global)
Assisting Global PR / VP APAC / VP EMEA + London teams with admin tasks including (travel bookings, expenses etc)
Assist with media image / price requests when needed
Monitoring Global media, managing the global coverage log and folders ensuring local teams keep everything updated
Managing the global magazine cupboard
About you
Excellent MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Good teamwork
Drive, competence and willingness to learn
Creativity and imagination
Fluent in BOTH French and English
