Job Description

One Drop is seeking a highly motivated and passionate VP of Enterprise Sales to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of Regional Sales Directors, Account Executives and Inside Sales. As the VP of Enterprise Sales you will be the single point of accountability for delivering on One Drop’s revenue targets for self-insured employers, health insurers, health systems and B2B partnerships. The ideal person for this role will have previous experience with leading an enterprise sales team at a digital health or HR SaaS company and have a proven track record in sales based on documented W-2 income exceeding OTEs. We are looking for a candidate who is a self-starter, collaborative, and driven by the One Drop mission.

You'll make an impact by:

    • Leading a team of Regional Sales Directors, Account Executives and Inside Sales
    • Being the single point of accountability in delivering on One Drop’s revenue targets for self-insured employers, health insurers, health systems and B2B partnerships including owning the sales forecast and related staffing requirements
    • Develop the strategy and provide oversight to the team responsible for securing national and regional partnerships with broker / consultant firms and B2B partners.
    • Applying knowledge and expertise in HR / Employee Benefits industry to guide team in building a robust sales pipeline
    • Collaborating with Marketing / Product teams to communicate customer needs and working closely with Customer Success to deliver successful program implementations and support upsell / renewal opportunities

You'll bring:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
      • 8-10+ years in enterprise sales leadership with proven success selling HR / Benefits SaaS or healthcare technology solutions to VP / Directors of HR and Employee Benefits Managers
      • Knowledge of healthcare, chronic disease, digital health, healthcare systems, and employer benefits programs and processes
      • Ability to apply knowledge and expertise in HR / Employee Benefits industry to guide team in building robust sales pipeline
      • Ability to identify and prioritize key opportunities within team’s pipeline and collaborate with the team to take deals from initial conversations to close
      • Experience with complex negotiations for long-term relationship management and multi-year contract cycles
      • Strong interpersonal, communication, account management and relationship-building skills
      • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup - ability to deal with ambiguity, innovate quickly, and solve problems creatively
      • Passion for helping people and the ability to energize and excite stakeholders at all levels within an organization
      • Proficiency with CRMs such as Hubspot or Salesforce
