As the leader of the Business Operations team you will manage the company-wide business systems and processes to enable our growth and business success.
With an eye to optimizing business performance, the ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of what drives growth and productivity, they will have a view of how to work with a strategic perspective combined with tangible results of executing on projects to advance the company’s systems and processes.
In this role, you will constantly work with data, and be able to use it to drive objective, data-driven insights and to help understand and chart a path through complex business problems. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Business Operations , BI data professionals and Sales enablement
- Implementation, integration and maintenance of our GTM technology stack in order to drive efficiency and automation of our business processes
- Define and support the enablement and implementation of our core business processes within the GTM teams in close partnership with the relevant business leaders
- Develop reporting business metrics and analysis tools to drive insights and measurement for continuous improvement of our GTM process across Sales, Marketing and Client success
