Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales,- North America, you will be responsible for growing Guardicore’s market share within the East region and drive productivity to exceed company targets.

- Partner with the Director US Channel, SVP Sales NA, and other leaders to build
- Successfully lead and develop the East region team, while as we continue to expand recruit the best talent in the market
- Build strategies and plans to build and progress pipeline, assisting your team with deal strategy, negations, and execution
- Manage quarterly and annual forecast while driving consistency of execution across the your forecast, sales process, Salesforce hygiene
- Develop relationships with internal and external partners to build a successful ecosystem
- Educate sales teams on competitive strategies and develop the regional landscape to exceed revenue targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or engineering
- 10+ years experience selling into the IT space, preferably software sales experience in cybersecurity
- 5+ years sales management experience with a proven track record of success motivating high performance sales teams
- Proven track record of successfully leading an enterprise sales team
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of the business internally and externally
- Solid working knowledge of managing business with Salesforce.com
- Background with Force Management or similar sales process/methodology
