Job Description

We are looking to hire a Sr. Content Strategist responsible for defining and leading Unbabel’s marketing content strategy. 
 
As a leading solution for Language Operations, Unbabel is unveiling a new category to the world. You will get to think creatively and strategically about establishing this new category through engaging content in this role. 
 
This is an ideal opportunity for a passionate storyteller to join and own our brand voice while working closely with the marketing leadership to plan, conceptualize, and execute content across channels. You will also lead external contractors and vendor relationships as needed.

How you will make an impact

    • Brand content: Own and maintain our editorial guidelines, lead content strategy for our website, integrated brand campaigns, podcasts, etc. General copy editing to maintain brand tone and voice across all content channels.
    • Product content: Work closely with our product team to drive consistency between brand and product terminology while ensuring the right voice and tone for in-product messaging. Partner with the product marketing team on launch assets.
    • Sales enablement content: Partner with the product marketing team to help shape messaging narratives and develop engaging sales enablement content such as demos, sales pitches. one-pagers, white papers, etc.
    • Customer content: Partner with customer success and customer advocacy teams to understand the different customer use cases and tell their stories to the world through ROI-focused customer stories.
    • Partner content: Work closely with our technology and integration partners and our partnership marketing team to develop co-marketing content such as collateral, blog posts, etc.

About you

    • You are passionate about removing language barriers to connect people across the world.
    • You are a storyteller and have a deep love of the written word.
    • You put the customers at the center of everything you do.
    • You are self-motivated, take ownership, are accountable, and drive content marketing programs forward.
    • You rely on data to make critical decisions and drive cross-functional alignment using insights.
    • You get excited about emerging technology and understand technical concepts.
    • You can quickly become an expert on a new subject matter.
    • You are an excellent communicator and collaborator.
    • You flourish in ambiguity and can make quick, thoughtful decisions.

Experience

    • At least 5+ years of experience in content strategy. 
    • Prior experience writing for B2B SaaS companies, with a focus on enterprise sales.
    • Prior experience in working at a fast-paced start-up environment. 
    • Show demonstrated success in creating content for different channels and formats.
    • A strong understanding of SEO best practices.
    • Knowledge and experience in writing about AI or the customer service audience are desirable but not required.
