How you’ll make an impact:

  • Ownership of  the full cycle vendor invoice process. This important role is focused on improving our existing accounts payable processes to ensure:
  • Compliance with internal policies.
  • Timeliness, completeness and accuracy of invoice processing through the ERP system and cash disbursements.
  • Scalability of the accounts payable operations.
  • Management of various month-end close processes, including monthly accrual process and accounts payable reconciliations.
  • Management of the employee reimbursement process and the corporate credit card program in accordance with the Company’s policies.
  • Management of vendor records and documents.
  • Providing assistance with the 1099 reporting process.
  • Ownership of vendor communications and the process for resolving questions and inquiries.
  • Assistance with audit requests. 

 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Accounting major preferred.
  • 6+ years experience in Accounts Payable; 3+ years supervisory experience.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Solid communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work execute on multiple priorities.
  • Excitement to be part of a fast-paced work environment
  • Netsuite experience preferred.
