Job Description

  • Supporting to action on processes and tools to drive meaningful results in improving customer implementation volume, positive customer outcomes and growth, at scale
  • Build meaningful relationships with leaders in the Professional Services (Accounting, Phones and Data) organizations and become a highly trusted advisor
  • Advise on KPI benchmarks and develop the most optimal cadence to internally monitor and review with Professional Services leadership to provide meaningful insights into financial, operational, and team performances
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders
  • Produce, maintain, and enforce SLAs between various teams, driving process alignment across cross-functional teams performance, ensuring optimal system performance and data integrity
  • Continual optimization and automation of reporting and processes to improve implementation volume, cycle times, customer satisfaction and product utilization while reducing escalations.
  • Develop and implement Salesforce and Tableau reporting infrastructure to help support the business in maximizing productivity, implementations and successful customer outcomes.
  • Monitor dashboards daily and communicate actionable insights to guide short- and long-term execution of targeted goals

Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Engineering Science, or related field, required, MBA preferred
  • 4+ years of relevant experience, required
  • Business operations experience in SaaS, required
  • Strong understanding of operational SaaS KPIs and other Key Metrics
  • Strong analytical skills, Salesforce.com and Tableau experience, required
  • Excellent critical thinking skills; ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Clear communicator with excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an ability to drive cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills focused on driving change in a complex environment
  • Comfort with, and ability to operate at an aggressive, accelerated, iterative pace in a dynamic environment
