What will you do?

As SentinelOne’s recruiting coordinator, you will be a central part of the recruiting team. You will work closely with sourcers, recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers and leadership in our quest to hire the best. You will support a number of recruiters and own many pieces of operations when it comes to the candidates process. Your attention to detail will help candidates feel informed, welcomed, and energized by their recruitment experience at SentinelOne.

  • Create an positive environment between our recruiters, hiring managers and the candidates
  • Own the accuracy of our ATS and all its data, especially for monthly reporting
  • Scheduling interviews and feedback meetings
  • Schedule interviews
  • Draft offer letters 
  • Requisition data entry, reporting and administration
  • Assist in tactical human resource services 
  • Back up/Support for the recruiters
  • Audit external websites to ensure accuracy
  • Employee Referral Program (ERP) - Continues support and improvement
  • Assist in the building of SentinelOne’s resume / candidate database for all levels 
    • This would include inputting information (resumes, company lists, contacts, etc.) from multiple data sources (corporate/in house databases, web research, trade shows, diversity organizations, professional associations, etc) into our ATS, which will provide the recruiters accurate candidate target lists for focused recruitment. 

What experience and skills you should bring?

  • 2-4 years of experience supporting a recruiting team
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
  • Strong technical skills (Gmail, Google sheets/docs/slides)
  • Prior experience in Human Resources is a plus 
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
  • Experience working with Executives
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines
  • Professional demeanor
  • Creative and process-driven: you’re constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
