We are seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to add to our world-class Revenue Operations team. In this role you will partner with the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, as well as our team of sales operations, marketing operations, and business operations managers to support functions essential to go-to-market productivity. These include optimization of salesforce, planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, training & documentation, as well as marketing automation and marketing program support.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:  
 
-Provide Salesforce and Marketo support to the Sales Systems and Marketing Operations managers
-Assist with implementation of new technologies to support our revenue operations teams.
-Work with Sales and Marketing Operations managers to design and implement processes to promote and support operational efficiency and data integrity for go-to-market initiatives.
-Provide strategic insights regarding Revenue Operations roadmap.
-Help to provide front-line support and feedback for Rescale’s field sales and other go-to-market teams regarding.
-Handle administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks.
-Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce.com, and Marketo skillset across the organization.
-Work independently with members of the internal user community to define and document development requirements.
 
Key Qualifications include:
 
-2-5 years of total work experience.
-1-3 years of experience in sales/revenue operations.
-Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
-Understanding of basic sales and marketing concepts
-Proven ability to understand business processes and implement systems to enable them.
-A strategic mindset.
-Strong Excel skills.
-Experience designing, developing, and implementing policies and programs that drive improved sales performance.
-Effective interpersonal and communication skills that can be applied to all levels of the organization.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Performs well under pressure
-Independent thinker
-Willing to accept constructive feedback and unafraid to provide the same
-Takes work very seriously, but doesn’t take him/herself too seriously
